Welcome to Sunshine Cottage, lovely in every season. The space Unique because it is so open and sunny with two private outdoor spaces in which to relax and rejuvenate. One large bedroom w Queen bed and walk in closet. The second bed is the charming Daybed situated in the open living room....a comfy couch by day for reading or conversation. Use as a twin bed. OR pull out to be a King size bed, by night. Pretty white chaise style sofa can sleep one teen or child. A comfy twin sized camp pad with dense foam topper is availa le to sleep one adult or child on the floor Quiet lovely neighborhood for a safe walk or run has sidewalks. The town is called Tukwila and is just 12 miles South of Seattle's downtown. Minutes to Airport and urban services yet feels a world away. Sunshine Cottage is just around the corner from another of my completely private Airbnbs called Shabby Chic Bungalow w two baths....if you need additional space for another family, couple or group of friends... RENT BOTH Airbnbs (if available) to create room for getting together for games or meals and still have your privacy. Fun for all. Please ask me Guest access Pretty covered front porch, 300 sq ft verandah style deck with two french doors opening from kitchen and from great room. There is a Campfire circle in leafy sunny area of garden paths. Please feel comfortable to walk around the granite lined pond and out to the picnic table. CHILDREN UNDER TEN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES. Be sure to consider the campfire circle for a small marshmallow s'mores roast... I can provide chairs and firewood on short notice from you. In dry weather, a fire may not be allowed if there is a Burn Notice... Please ask me first! Free one car off street parking. Arrival: Come down the driveway, veer left to park with the nose of your car to the front of the deck screening. The deck and the covered porch both have french door entries to your space!! Come onto the covered front porch and enter into the living room.... Welcome! (If you have other guests arriving at different times please let them know this information. Please make sure that they do not knock on the front door near the street entrance...a brick house. That is another Airbnb!!) For a larger group, booking one or more spaces will lead to much enjoyment and not-too-much togetherness. Lots of options to mingle and still have privacy.
