Also, no smoking of any kind in the suite - tobacco or cannabis. Checkout time is 11 am. Thank you. My property does not accept packages, mail or deliveries for short term rental guests. You can have mail/packages sent to the closest Canada Post office or Penguin Pickup location. If you wish to order food and have it delivered, you must meet the person outside the front entrance, they can not be buzzed into the building or up to the unit. Guests with very high expectations please do not book, this is not a 5 star hotel. We provide a great price for what we can offer, but we won't tolerate picky guests. Make sure lock the door after leaving unit.
