1,800 SF, 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, on a secluded 5 acre lot just minutes from Historic Downtown and St. Augustine Beach. The home is 100% HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE! Convenient shopping and close by restaurants. Full kitchen, spacious living area, large bedrooms (1 with TWINKLE mattress) ceiling fans. Pet friendly! (Some restrictions apply, advance notice required!) Base rate covers up to 4 guests and there's a small upcharge for 5 or more. Motorcycle friendly! We also do live on the property! The space WiFi, "instant" hot water, walk in showers, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, 500 feet off any road so it's quite! Soft, comfortable sheets to make your stay more enjoyable, no starched stiff linens! Washing machine and dryer available for your use also. Wheelchair, Walker (w/basket & brakes) and shower chair are available upon request. And, yes, we do recycle. There are 2 large bedrooms with 3 traditional beds as described but we also have 1 twin size pull out bed plus 1 floor mattress for your use if needed. We've hosted more than 8 without any issues but 8 is our recommended maximum based on available bedding, sofas and love seats. Our larger families may want to consider bringing extra air mattresses or floor mattresses if they feel it's needed. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am so your rest is assured, and the neighbors will be happy. Regarding pets: 1. A pet must be house broken, non-aggressive and attended to at all times. Sorry, no exceptions! 2. A pet may be outside on the deck, with the gate closed, if you prefer not to crate them. 3. A pet may, of course, be walked outside for bathroom duty or just to go for a walk but only and always on a leash! Again, a Pet must be house trained, non-aggressive and never left unattended unless crated. We do have a crate for you to use if necessary or your pet can be left outside on the secure deck. Extra fees apply when our simple rules for your pet are not followed. Thank you for understanding and for respecting our home!! Guest access You may expect a totally private and comfortable home without intrusion from your hosts. (but please feel free to ask!) Your Home Away From Home is independent of our home, separated by a large garage, and you have a private entrance to your home and private deck for your convenience. Other things to note Speaking of the pool, it's located about 90 feet from your back outdoor deck and is situated just outside of our kitchen. You may, perhaps, see us cooking or eating there which hopefully isn't an issue. Advance notice is required if you're bringing a pet! We want your arrival to be stress free and we will keep our pets inside until they all get a chance to meet. Please note we do have a very friendly dog, Ellie, our Jack Russell Terrier. Your house trained, non-aggressive, pet is welcome also but should be restricted to your residence or on a leash. Your private deck is fenced and secure if you bring your pet. A pet may NOT be left unattended! An unattended pet may stay on the outside back fenced deck, uncrated, or in the home ONLY if crated. We can provide you with this required crate if you don’t have one of your own. An additional PET DEPOSIT may be required. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Our dogs live with us in our home, separated from your home, so again your space is yours while you’re here. Our Jack Russell Terrier, Ellie, may want to join you in the pool. If you prefer to swim without her just contact us before you hit the pool and we’ll keep her inside. The pool is private and for exclusive use by our guests!! Often we have free samples for our guests!! Be sure to ask what’s available when you arrive.
