Gondwana Game Reserve

Gondwana Game Reserve, where Big Five game roams free through the Cape fynbos, is located 16 mi from Mosselbay. It features a large infinity pool, spa offering a full treatment menu and includes game drives. The game reserve is home to different accommodations types ranging from safari rooms at the lodge to private villas. All rooms offer panoramic views of the surrounding bush and its wildlife. Gondwana offers a variety of dining in the lodge dining room. Children menus are provided. The bar offers a variety of wines and beverages. Daily guided activities include fynbos guided walks and E-Bike safaris which are bookable at an additional cost. CHILD POLICY • Lehele Lodge is the only child friendly lodge on the Reserve catering to families with a focus on creating an enchanting safari experience for children. • Lehele Villas are a self-drive option to and from the Lodge for meals and game drives. • Transfers can be arranged to and from the Lehele Villas at a cost of R200 per person per way. • All children over the age of 3 years of age staying in the Lehele Villas will be able to join on game drives. • Children 2-3 years of age can participate in the Bokkie Drive after breakfast, or one can hire an exclusive-use vehicle, both at an additional cost. • Game drives from Lehele Lodge run for 2.5 – 3 hours dependent on the ages of the children on game drive. • Children 0 - 3 years of age stay complimentary when sharing with two full-paying adults. This Afro-chic villa is located next to the main lodge and has a thatch roof, an open plan lounge, and dining and kitchen area. The living room includes a fireplace and large doors open onto a large wooden deck offering panoramic views. The spacious bedrooms include furnished private decks and gas fireplaces.
