The Boyd's - Bedroom 2

This is 1 of 3 bedrooms. It's upstairs,with 1/2 bath, queen size bed and TV. My place is close to Hospitals, golf, dining, and parks. Families, adventurers, business and travelers, are welcome. We have 3 friendly dogs. We don’t accept bookings from local residents that live within 50 miles of our home. Sorry but we don’t accept other pets in our home. The space we have 3 bedrooms available. 1 queen size bed in two of the rooms and a twin trundle in the third. This listing is for 1 room only. This room is upstairs over the media/theater room. It is a bit more secluded from the rest of the house and has its own 1/2 bath. This room has a desk and television. Guest access As our guest you will have access to all common areas of the house and yard including: Full working kitchen appliances and accessories included (please keep it clean) Laundry Theater/media room Multiple televisions Wifi Grand piano/fireplace And hall bathroom. During your stay I love to get to know our guests, however, interaction is individual to each guest. In other words - you decide. We do have a check in process but beyond that it's intermittent. We want you to feel welcome and "at home" Other things to note We have 3 friendly Old English Sheepdogs. We love our dogs and hope you will too.
