You are getting a private bedroom on the 3rd level w private balcony / bathroom, But the bathroom may be shared with my friends visiting me. The bathroom is on the main level 2nd floor /Sharing the common areas of the house. Loft area w kitchenette,main full kitchen, dining areas, wrap around balcony with access to hot tub and outdoor grills, heated garage for storing equipment. If you have party of 4 we have option to rent a second queen room. On Chamonix Lane, West Vail on free bus route quick 2 miles to town. Queen room uses a shared bathroom on the main 2nd level. Queen bedroom has it's own balcony . Top level includes 2 bedrooms (1Q 1K), bathroom, living area with sleeper sofa, full kitchen, dining area, living area with wrap around balcony and hot tub. There is a gas grill, outdoor fireplace and lots of sitting area on deck for dinner and relaxation. Walk 2 short blocks to grocery store, bars and restaurants plus your on the bus route to get to Vail Village and Lionshead. Vail is charging $40 a day to park so we highly recommend you take the bus which comes every 30 minutes during peak season. Main 2nd floor level fully equipped stainless steel kitchen, living room, dining room, balcony, bathroom, 3rd level, bar/kitchenette, living area with tv, wireless internet, bathroom and guests bedrooms. Ski and boot storage is available in heated garage. We want to make your experience in Vail the best. Best location in Vail...bus route, close to shopping. Located in West Vail on the bus route with easy access to Golden Peak, Vail Village and Lionshead. Walk a block away to grocery store, bank, bars, and restaurants. Onsite parking. We are short drive (few miles) to Beaver Creek. Walk, bus, easy access to I-70. I do require a 3 night minimum during peak times but feel free to inquire if I have a gap ,I am happy to fill it. I occasionally have a 20 # hyper allergenic cockapoo named Ginger that is very sweet and adorable.
