This is Zions most luxurious 14,000 sq ft property known as the Zion Red Rock Oasis nestled near the heart of Zion National Park accomdating 56 people. You can experience this unique property with your friends and family for your next group gathering! The space The Zion Red Rock Oasis sits on 15 private acres near Zion National Park with 360 degree views from it's outdoor decks and balconies and comes fully packed with everything for your vacation or business meeting. It is located in the community of Rockville, Ut. This 2 story home is filled wall to wall with breathtaking views of Zions National Park and also sits right inside the world renowned Gooseberry Mesa biking trail. 10 min away from us is Zion National park also known for having some of the worlds best fishing, hiking and biking. We have kayaks, a jumping trampoline, private access to the virgin river, and ATV trails all on site. There is so much to do all year round! This home has a private lake, swimming pool, sauna, theater, indoor soccer field, hot tub, ping pong, 8 bedrooms, 1 large bunkhouse (7 semi-private bunk stalls), 11 bathrooms , a 3000 square ft grand area with high vaulted ceilings. It accommodates up to 56 people. Butches Bunkhouse: Butch's Bunkhouse is named after Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid that was filmed just down the road. The bunkhouse is located just across the driveway and adds another 7 ‘stall’ rooms, community style bathroom with 4 changing rooms, 2 showers, and 2 bathrooms to the house all on ground level. The 7 rooms are stalls with rolling barn doors to divide each room. Guests can choose to open the doors and be in the bunkhouse with everyone or close them for a little more privacy. Kitchen: This spectacular 3,000 sq ft kitchen is set up to host even the most sophisticated dinner with custom river rock counter-tops, & gourmet appliances with bar style seating. You can ensure they will be at the heart of every occasion.. It’s enough to make any chef jealous. Moving Glass Windows: You can bring nature into your dining area as this expansive wall of windows magically slide open and disappear. Sports/Theater/Game Room Area: Designed for complete separation the game room area will feel like an entire new playground to your friends and family. You’ll have your own indoor soccer field, sauna, and theater. Local Attractions: During the warmer months you’ll have access to some of the best hiking, fishing, and mountain biking that Utah has to offer. During the winter you will get picturesque views of the sparkling white snow against Zion red rock, you can hike, cross country ski, or snowshoe to Observation point which is one of the greatest scenic stops in Utah. With 15 acres of land it gives you the freedom to explore freely with your bike or road licensed UTV equipment. This home offers first class access to a world renowned biking trail known as the Goosberry Mesa. This trail has the designation of ‘National Recreation Trail’ and leads right to the Ghost Town Grafton where Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid was filmed in 1969. Pool: With a pool to cool off during the summer this is a great place to hangout. Kicking back in the sun with your friends and family is one more way you can relax in this beautiful Oasis. (open May-September as long as night time temps are above 50 degrees for 7 consecutive days) Hot Tub: This luxurious home features a hot tub near the pool you can relax in after a long day of biking or hiking. Master bedroom Suite: There’s no better sound to relax to then the sound of nature right outside your bedroom window. This luxurious master bedroom suite has unbeatable views and spa inspired bathroom that includes a marble shower, victorian style tub, and a pull out vanity mirror so you can start your day feeling great. This home is right next door to our Zion Red Rock Villa that also has accommodations for up to 58 people and is only 7 minutes away from our Zion Red Rock Chalet that can sleep up to 22. All homes can be rented out at the same time if you are needing more space but each are far enough away from each other that you will still experience lots of privacy that is designated at each property. Each home has it's own fast speed wifi and internet. With the help of world class architects this home is the epitome of casual relaxing comfort.
