The space While we are within an hour's drive from Portland, the Sebago Lakes Region, and ski and outlet areas in North Conway, New Hampshire, our rural country setting boasts many opportunities for biking, hiking, boating, swimming and winter activities such as snowshoeing and cross-country skiing Guest access Room 9 is at the top of the stairs on the third floor. This room is cozy and consists of two twin beds a 1/2 bath and a shared full bath at the end of the hallway. This room does not have a TV in it. During your stay I live on the property. Although I try very hard to give all my guests their space, I am usually on site if anyone needs me, or at least available by phone if anyone needs to text me. Quite often you may catch me tending to my ducks and chickens in the back yard. Other things to note Guests Enter via the front door in the front of the main brick building where they will check in. The Innkeeper works this whole property alone, so Please let her know your arrival time. After 7pm is self-check in that requires a code. Please also, let her know about special diets or preferences so she can be prepared prior to your arrival. Parking is first come first serve off street.
