The space Beautiful restored farm on 10 acres with private ocean access. Unparalled views of Acadia Mountains. Private, quiet street but just a 15 minute drive to hiking and biking in Acadia and restaurants and shopping in Bar Harbor. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with ocean views and one bath. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms and one and a half baths. There is also an outdoor shower for summer use. Living room, dining room and family room have ocean views. 2 bikes and 5 kayaks are available for use. Kayak right in front of our house and enjoy the seals feeding and Bald Eagles flying overhead. Enjoy lobster dinners and late night fires in our fireplace. Very large selection of books in our library. A great base from which to explore coastal Maine or just to relax. Guest access As our guests, you have access to the entire house, kayaks, bikes, outdoor games, indoor ping pong in garage. depending on the season, we have dozens and dozens of blueberry and raspberry bushes for your picking pleasure. I also have strawberries in early summer and kale and herbs for most of the summer. Other things to note There is a very wide, private grass path leading to the ocean. It is a gentle slope about 700 feet. At the end of this path, steps have been dug into the hill for the walk down to water. This may not be suitable for the very elderly or those unable to complete a very mild hike.
