Escape from your busy city life and relax in our beautiful 30-acre mountain retreat. Our home overlooks a peaceful green valley snuggled high in the mountains between Cleveland National Forest and BLM Wilderness. With beautiful views on all sides, our unique location affords perfect privacy, space to roam, and easy access to great hiking, and the North Mountain Wine Trail. With full kitchen, electric heat, A/C, and internet our 2 bedroom 2 bath home guarantees comfort & serenity all year round. The space OUR PROPERTY: Our secluded property sits high above the valley, at the end of a mile-long private road. •From the decks that surround our house, views look down across the entire valley and out to high mountains in all directions. •Our Oak-Chaparral and Pine woodland property and the adjoining wilderness is home to mountain lion, deer, bobcat, coyotes, fox, quail, hawks, and golden eagles. •Because our property backs up to wilderness BLM land, we are able to hike and wander almost endlessly without the intrusion of others. •At night you can lie out on our chaise lounges and see a 360 degree view of amazing stars lighting an otherwise completely dark sky with no light pollution. OUR HOME: Inside you’ll find a large living room, full kitchen, and two bedrooms with private baths. •The Kitchen is fully equipped with all that’s needed to prepare and serve complete family meals. It has a double oven and 3-burner stovetop range, large microwave, coffee maker, oversize Frig-Freezer, and a separate morning-sunlit dining area. •The master bedroom has a king sized bed set, beautiful views over the valley, and it’s own bathroom with a shower. •The second bedroom has a double bed with a twin bunk bed on top and opens out onto an outdoor deck. It also has its own bathroom with a full sized bathtub and shower. •On the decks that surround the south and east sides of the house is a BBQ and stacks of lounges, chairs, and tables to set out for viewing the sights, listening to and watching wildlife, and breathing the absolutely clean mountain air. Guest access You have the whole house to enjoy and our 30 acre property. You also can access 100’s of square miles of wilderness adjacent to our home. Other things to note Please note that the nearest grocery stores and restaurants are in Temecula or Santa Ysabel about 35 miles from our home. You must bring enough food or drive to Temecula or Santa Ysabel for restaurants and grocery stores. Our kitchen has 2 ovens, a range and a propane barbecue and is fully stocked for cooking.
