Peaceful room near UCI Concordia in Irvine

Peaceful and lovely room nearby UCI. Very convenient and safe location. Close to the library, parks, golf clubs and beaches. Many hiking trips and biking routes. A beautiful pool is just behind the house. A nest of hummingbirds are singing in the yard. Come and enjoy your home outside of your hometown. Guest access You can go to the pool using the key provided; however, the pool doesn’t have lifeguards. Any risks are on your own! During your stay Feel free to send messages or talk to me directly about any concerns or questions. I would like to help anytime. Other things to note 1, Washer is free once per week 2, Bedroom is on downstairs(queen size bed). 3, Parking is free on the nearby streets. Please feel free to ask if you need me to show you where to park 4, A little dog called Bamby in the home, but she is very friendly. 5. A microwave is provided if you need some light cooking. Ovens are available for a fee if you want to use them frequently.
