Please inquire in advance if wishing to begin your getaway on a Sunday. *PLEASE NOTE: Seasonally high water levels (most likely in April & May), can at times change point of access entry. Any required alternate parking/access points due to changing waters will be relayed prior to check-in to help assist with your arrival.* *PLEASE NOTE: The Marina Pool is NOT an amenity allowed for guest use during Houseboat Oasis guest stays. This is a direct city ruling strictly prohibiting access to the marina owners only pool without a direct Go Beyond Houseboat Oasis Marina Owner present (Since 2021). We do apologize but this is outside of our control and we do respectfully uphold this city regulation for all our guests and request your respectful cooperation as well.
