Great for any type of getaway, family reunions, intimate couples getaway, or family gatherings. Can not guarantee Boat availability due to Covid-19 Parts and supplied limited. Apologize for any inconvenience. Common grounds available to all guest, some cottages have private gazebos, and a larger one as well set up with stereo, tv, tables and chairs. Grills are available as well, open fire pit, volley ball set up, hammocks, kayaks, canoes, paddle boats FREE use. The piers great for fishing or relaxing with water front chairs for your convenience. We also have steamers ready for your daily catch. Owners interact with their guest very friendly and accommodating. Horse shoes, corn holes, small child swing, volley ball net set up, and large hammock, and fire pit equipped with many chairs for your guest. Call Alex at time of check in I will meet you at the parking area show you to your cottage It is a quiet tranquil neighborhood, all neighbors very friendly, but perfect spot if you like to just be to yourself as well, put your feet up take your worries away in this beautiful setting. Please be advised the Boat Rental rates 14' WITH MOTOR $175 day, 1 Week $875 1/2 day $90 14' NO MOTOR $40 day $200 Week 1/2 day $25 16' WITH MOTOR $200 day, 1 week $1000.00 1/2 day $100.00 16' NO MOTOR $60 day $300 Week 1/2 day $35 Any boat returned uncleaned or not in condition as rented will be charged a $50 fee for cleaning. Same for the Cottages, if turned back over in unclean condition or not as you received the unit in there will be a cleaning bill minimum charge of $50 applied to final bill. There is a 10% tax on your bill 6% collected by ABB, the County Room Tax 4% will be collected upon arrival.
