Casa Timoteo boasts a prime location in the historic centre of Alcoy, just a stone's throw from the Plaza de España, the Church of Santa María and the Plaza de Dins, ideal for soaking up the local atmosphere on its terraces. Nearby, the streets of San Nicolás and San Lorenzo are home to some of the city's most iconic modernist buildings, such as the Casa del Pavo or the Círculo Industrial, perfect for a stroll through history and architecture. Alcoy is surrounded by nature, with the Font Roja and Serra de Mariola nature parks very close by, ideal for walking or cycling routes. What's more, some of the best beaches in the Mediterranean are less than an hour's drive away, such as Alicante, Benidorm, Gandía or El Campello.
