Greenhouse: relaxed & comfortable stay

Welcome to Greenhouse, our lovely and luminous studio, located in a modern and quiet neighborhood. The accommodation has been tastefully decorated in a contemporary and cozy style. We have done everything to make you feel "at home" (practical, functional & comfortable equipment). Greenhouse is the ideal place to calmly discover the Hautes Fagnes (many hikes) as well as the vast regional cultural and culinary heritage (Spa, Francorchamps, Malmédy, Limbourg ...). The space Greenhouse studio has a main room with a fully equipped kitchen (4 hotplates, combi-oven and small fridge as well as all the equipment to cook delicious meals), a dining area (a table and 4 chairs), a living room with a flat screen TV. 43 inches, a pretty Scandinavian sofa, a double spring box bed with recent mattress (7 comfort zones) of 160 x 200 cm and a large wardrobe, a balcony with a nice view (with table & chairs), and a second room for the bathroom with a large Italian shower, sink and toilet. In summer, we put 2 deckchairs at your disposal to enjoy the garden. Wifi, private outdoor parking, coffee, tea are included in the price. No embarrassment with the final cleaning, we will take care of it for you! Guest access Greenhouse is located in a modern and quiet residential area, 1 km from exit 8 "SPA - TIEGE" on the E42 motorway. GoogleMap will tell you how to join Greenhouse! Ample parking is available, and parking is free. Many shops (including 2 supermarkets and 3 bakeries) are accessible within a radius of less than 1 km from the accommodation. The apartment is close to major roads, many restaurants and multiple tourist attractions. The Spa-Francorchamps circuit and Spa town center are less than 10 minutes away by car. The cities of Malmédy, Stavelot, Verviers, Herve, Liège, Aachen (DE) or Maastricht (NL) are also very easily accessible. The region is full of activities for young and old: numerous and magnificent walks, activities for cyclists and mountain bikers, several ski slopes nearby, various parks or leisure areas (Domaine de Bérinzenne, Forestia, Plopsa Coo, Monde Sauvage d ' Aywaille, Mont Rigui, Baraque Michel, Signal de Botrange....).
