Legally registered with the city of New York, This beautiful, completely private room with an ensuite bathroom and a private entrance is on the second floor of a 19th century building, in the historic district Bed Stuy. There are many cafes, bars, and restaurants to explore, and a nearby subway station for easy transport to Manhattan. Staying at this sweet pied-à-terre is the perfect way to explore the ever exciting New York City. The space The space The totally private room with en-suit bathroom is located on the 2nd floor of a historical Brownstone, built circa 1890. You will have your own separate entrance for total privacy. The room is tastefully and comfortably furnished, airy and sunlit, with high ceilings and a large window. The large bed accommodates two and is ideal for a couple, or two good friends/close family. The room has a split system Air-conditioner, wi-fi, and online channels include Netflix, Hulu, and HBO. You have a mini refrigerator and an electric kettle with tea/coffee selection. The grocery store is right on the corner, and you can find very good restaurants, cafes and bars in the neighborhood. A Full service Laundromat is also around the corner. I can guide you to the nice spots if you wish. The Subway line C is about 7 minutes walk, and the A line is about 12 minutes walk away. Both will take you to lower Manhattan in 15 minutes, and to midtown in 30 minutes. We are a quiet house, and you will be the only guest. I live on the premises, and available for any requests, questions and guidance. Guest access You will have total privacy. Only booked guests are allowed to stay in the room, unless previously arranged with me. During your stay I live in the builiding, and am always available to help and guide.
