This Airbnb is our dream, so we hope you will love it too! The perks in short: Private entrance with self check-in, two spacious, themed bedrooms, living room and a full-sized, well-equipped kitchen. You'll find super-comfy king beds, a giant soaking tub, smart tech gadgets and creative touches everywhere. The space Thanks for being curious about staying at “Haus Grace”. This is a house full of laughter, creativity, playfulness, serenity, and friendship. As our guest, you have your own apartment with your own entrance and yet you become part of the spirit of this place. We love that! The doors are set up with Smart Locks, so you can check yourself in. You will enter into a colorful space with kitchen/living room and two bedrooms: Louise & Ludwig. (Dedicated to the grandmother of positive thinking, Louise Hay and the "Swan King" Ludwig II of Bavaria.) The apartment is in the garden level of our house, providing cool temperatures in the summer and cozy warmth in the winter. (Supported by in-floor heat.) We live above the apartment, sharing our space with an intentional community of working adults. What our guests love: - The Airbnb apartment is very spacious with a combined living room/kitchen area and two separate bedrooms: It's perfect for two couples, parents with an older child, or a couple who enjoys sleeping in separate bedrooms. - Both beds are king-sized and super comfortable. - The kitchen is well equipped with anything you’d need to make cooking a joy. (Yes, there is a dishwasher ;-) - The toilets have bidet attachments. - There's a seating area right outside your door with gorgeous mountain views. - The giant tub, Smart TVs in every room, Yoga mats ... and the good vibes all around. Here are some aspects that are a great match for some visitors - but not a good match for others: - Four working adults live in the house above the Airbnb apartment. A quiet time after 10 PM is part of the house rules so that everyone can get a good nights’ rest. This quiet time also applies to guests staying in the Airbnb. You don’t need to be perfectly silent, but we will ask you not to listen to amplified music, have a loud conversation, or watch TV at a high volume after 10 PM. - Two of the adults in the house are musicians. There is a chance that you will overhear us practicing music during the day. - To get to the apartment you will have to walk down a steep driveway and down a flight of stairs. We had the most wonderful guests visit us from all over the world and hosted many happy return stays. Guest access By booking this apartment, you have your own private space within our house, which includes a living room, kitchen and the two guest bedrooms. There is a private outdoor seating area for you to use as well. Parking is on site in designated parking spots. Please know that we can accommodate parking only for a maximum of 2 extra cars at our house. If you are traveling with a group with more cars, then the third or fourth car would have to be parked off-site. (There is more parking nearby but not directly at the property.) Other things to note Haus Grace is a mountain home, built on a hillside: To get to the apartment you will have to walk down a steep driveway and a flight of stairs.
