Balloon Festival Heaven! Enjoy the Balloon Festival like you've never imagined! Stay in a huge home just a short distance from the Balloon park or relax in the back yard watching balloons land in the grassy 5 acres. 4 bedrooms & 3 areas with sofa beds - sleeping room for 14! On the main level is 2 living areas, full kitchen, laundry, a master bedroom, kitchenette (with futon), beautiful attacherd bathroom with sunken marble bathtub/shower, washer/dryer huge closet and optional separate entrance. The space New photos coming! Beautiful views, peaceful and spacious home, & quiet serene neighborhood away from the crazyness of Albuqurque but super close to the Balloon Park! 2 master bedrooms (1 on the main floor), 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (1 on the main floor master), 1 3/4 bathroom (super nice shower!), 1 1/2 bath, full kitchen and a mini kitchen attached to the main level master bedroom. Numerous sleeping sofas to accomodate 14-16! Stay home and enjoy the balloons passing by (and they often land in the park right at our backyard!), or take a walk/bike ride or short drive to the park or do both! Guest access You will have access to the entire house and large parking area in front of the house. Other things to note We can leave 2 air mattresses to be put up in common areas for 4 additional people.
