Welcome to our charming 2bd/2ba craftsman bungalow in trendy Eagle Rock, Los Angeles. Situated walking distance to the restaurants and bars on York Blvd. and Occidental College! Our bungalow was built in 1910! Our home has original wood flooring throughout and lots of vintage charm. There are two houses on our lot. The main house which we are renting out, and the back house which is occupied by a long term renter. The units are completely separate and each with their own entrances. The space Vintage private and comfortable space with many authentic mid-century modern touches. Large outdoor zen living space with a dining table and fire pit. You will feel right at home. Centrally located in Los Angeles. Our bedrooms are furnished with King and Queen casper mattresses and hotel quality linens. Our space is ideal for business travelers (downtown, glendale, burbank and pasadena are close by), creatives, artists and anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. 20 minutes from Burbank airport and 45 min from LAX airport. Enjoy the tranquility of your own private retreat with the convenience of city life at your footsteps! Not a suitable space for children under 14. Absolutely no parties. Guest access You will have access to the entire main house and the backyard area (shared with back house) Other things to note If a guest plans on having overnight guests (other than themselves) they must notify me beforehand for approval.
