COSY AIR-CONDITIONED 4P CHALET – Access to Heated Pools & Mini-Farm (Aveyron) 🏡The Chalet & Terrace (35 m²) Air-conditioned chalet ideal for 4 people, nestled in the peaceful setting of the Hameau des Genêts in Montlaur. Sleeping arrangements: One double bedroom and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Living area: Bright living room with equipped kitchenette (microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, dishes) Exterior: Enjoy a covered and private terrace with garden furniture for your meals and moments of relaxation. The space Living room / Kitchen: Bright and air-conditioned main room. The living room is equipped with a dining area and a full kitchenette: fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, Tassimo coffee maker, a set of dishes. A friendly space to prepare and share your meals. Private Terrace: Extend your days outdoors with your covered terrace. Great place for a quiet breakfast or relaxed summer evenings. Sleeping arrangements Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a large double bed 140 x 190. Bedroom 2: Bedroom with 2 single bunk beds. Bathroom: Functional shower room and toilet. Guest access 🔑 Guest Access Guests have exclusive and private access to the entire 4-person chalet, including its covered terrace. During your stay at Hameau des Genêts, you will have unlimited and free access to all the collective facilities of the holiday village: Aquatic Areas: The two secure swimming pools, including one heated from the Easter holidays until the end of September (depending on the weather), as well as the paddling pool dedicated to the youngest. Entertainment: Free daytime and evening entertainment during the summer school holidays - July/August (themed evenings, sports tournaments, etc.). Sports & Leisure: Soccer, tennis, petanque and ping-pong courts. Family & Nature: The mini-farm and children's playground. Services: Access to the bar/snack services during the summer school holidays - July/August as well as free parking in the village. Other things to note Booking fees: A booking fee of €12 will be requested and must be paid on site upon arrival. Check-in: Check-in is from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Check-out time: Check-out is between 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., according to a schedule established by the host. Security Deposit: A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival. This security deposit is made exclusively by credit card imprint (pre-authorization). Principle: The amount is not debited from your account. The cancellation of this pre-authorization will be requested by our services after the verification of the chalet, if no anomaly is found. Online Banks: Please note that some online or foreign banks may, as a matter of principle, temporarily debit this amount before crediting it back. Please check with your bank if you have a specific card. End-of-stay cleaning: Your satisfaction and the cleanliness of our chalets are our top priority. The end of stay cleaning is mandatory and charged if the length of stay exceeds 3 nights. For stays of 1 or 2 nights, it remains optional or must be done by you before departure. For a stress-free vacation, we highly recommend that you subscribe to the end-of-stay cleaning package. This ensures that you do not have to worry about cleaning and that you meet our very high quality standards before you leave. If you choose to do it yourself (for stays of 1 to 2 nights), it must fully comply with our requirements. Pets: Pets are welcome under certain conditions. Their presence entails a daily/per-stay surcharge, plus an additional pet cleaning fee (mandatory). Please let us know when booking. Linens: Single-use linens and towels (recommended for use up to 10 days) are not included in the base rate. They are available as an option upon reservation. Baby Equipment (Free): We provide some childcare equipment (crib, highchair, bathtub) free of charge upon request and subject to availability. Please let us know when you book. External Visitors: To guarantee the safety and tranquility of all vacationers, any person outside the vacation village (guest of our tenants) must come to the reception upon arrival. Visitors must pay a daily entrance fee to access the facilities and are under the full responsibility of our tenants. ⚠️ Non-compliance with the rules: Any undeclared visitor will result in the immediate deduction of a lump sum from the security deposit of the responsible tenant.
