Each bed is Full sized which is just a tad smaller then a queen but sleeps two very comfortably. This home sits at the rear of a especially large lot which is rare this close to the beach. It has a extremely spacious patio in front for relaxing, BBQing, and room for kids to run around. There is even an outside shower for after the beach. If you need anything during your stay, please message us through Airbnb. We respond to all messages promptly during business hours (8 AM - 6 PM). Please note that we do not respond to non-emergency calls or messages outside of these hours, including late at night. Non-urgent inquiries will be addressed as soon as possible during business hours. To ensure a smooth stay, please use the lockbox to store the keys whenever you come and go. This helps avoid loss or accidental lockouts. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with lockouts in the middle of the night. Additional notes for your stay: Noise: The airport is nearby, and you may hear planes if the weather or flight paths change. BBQ & Fire Pit: Propane is not provided. If you'd like to use them, guests are responsible for refilling propane as needed. We kindly want to share that we do not supply propane for the BBQ or fire pit. Since every guest uses these amenities differently—some use them nightly while others not at all—it’s impossible for us to accurately keep them filled. We’ve found that allowing guests to refill the propane as needed works best for everyone. Heating: The fireplace is sufficient to heat the entire house, as there is no central heating. Please use the lockbox to keep the keys in when coming and going- to prevent loss or locking yourself out. We will not rescue you in the middle of the night if you lock yourself out. $25 fee for lost key Occupancy : The maximum occupancy at all times is 4 people. No unregistered guests are allowed.
