My home is one block from the bus stop and many restaurants, shops, bars and happenings in SD. Close to museums, theatres, shops,beaches, mountains, desert.... We've got it all. DOWNTOWN is 10 min by Uber or 30 min by bus. Groc/Pharm 1 block. The space One block from the bus stop, this is a Private home with a family dog - German Shepherd. The unique feature of this home is it's neighborhood of antiques, old homes and lots to do. My listing would comfortably fit one person at a time. Guests will have access to room, bathroom. All rooms are shared except your bedroom. That is completely private. The bathroom is shared. I will be living there, active in my busy life. If you prefer to be left alone and just do your thing, I'm ok with that!! Sometimes I'm not even home. I expect guest to be out and Bout. If you need to work there are coffeehouses and libraries all around in walking distance. I hire a professional cleaning service for everyone's peace of mind. Eclectic. This is a unique neighborhood that young couples starting a family are trying to purchase homes in. It is extremely walkable and accessible to major roads. There is a community feel. You need not have a car around here. Trolleys, buses, trains - all accessible from 1 block away. Public Transit is convenient. Uber is easy. If you have a vehicle there is plenty of street parking around my home. One block from all the happenings of the hip avenue culture. Art, Beauty Shops, Bars, Coffee houses, Music, Comedy, Theatre a busy, busy street. To get to my home from the airport is a 10 minute ride in a cab or Uber, etc. This is a quiet neighborhood with convenience of the city. A convenience store is across the street. A major grocery store is one block away as well as a 24 hour pharmacy. There are also 24 coffee shops in walking distance. There is a service "Swingby" to order food from a restaurant delivered to my home. Guest access Guests will have lite access to kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom. All rooms are shared except your bedroom. That is completely private. The bathroom is shared. The only room off limits would be my private bedroom, of course. During your stay Honest, warm, friendly I will be living there, active in my busy life. I'm up early and home late some days.
