Our beach house is for you to enjoy Cove Point Beach, which is only 500 ft away. The kitchen is fully stocked, or use the outdoor grill on the side of the house.PLEASE NON SMOKERS ONLY. One dog allowed on a cases by case bases with a one time pet fee of $65.00. No children under 8 years old. Walk to the beach, but only park your vehicle in our driveway, not on beach inlets. A gas fireplace in the living room. A beautiful sun porch area to enjoy. Enjoy walking on this private community beach. 500 feet from Cove Point Beach, 10 minute drive to Solomons Island, close to markets and antique shops. Walk to Cove Point Light House and beach. Remote access to the Beachhouse; use side door on porch next to the blue chairs. Code will be provided prior to check in. Guests have four blue chairs at the beach . Gas grill on the side of the house. No access to the shed. We provide wood for the fire pit on the right side of the shed. We are available by texting. We respect your privacy. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you need anything . This is a private community, with a safe family-like feel. You can walk to the beach and Cove Point Lighthouse. Close drive to markets and restaurants, and parks. Please only park in our driveway. No large groups or parties on the property registered guests only. YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED IF YOU PARK ON ANY OF THE SIDE STREETS. Park your vehicle in the driveway, no more than three vehicles. You can walk to the beach. Keyless entry, central AC, please turn down AC when you leave and shut off all lights. Close all windows, take the trash to the can by the road, at the end of our driveway, blue trash bin. The trash is picked up on Friday morning. Please no large parties only registered guests allowed on the property. NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY. If you use something, (pans)just be nice and wash it after. The fireplace in the porch area is non working. The gas fireplace is to be turned on by the remote only.
