The Fun House - Our yellow home on a hill

This 5-bedroom 3.5-bathroom home is a great private space on top of a hill with views of Lake Washington! It has an open living, dining and kitchen area with a 3 in 1 pool/poker/dining table for game night. Kitchen has tons of counter space and enough kitchen sets to cook for your whole group. It's walking distance to gym/pool, a bike trail, Safeway, and the beautiful Kubota Gardens. Easily accessible by the metro or freeway, there is tons of parking. The space This place is perfect for travelers, friends, families and even for those in the town for business! The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a TV and the master bathroom has a separate jetted tub and huge tile shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the 4th bedroom has a bunk bed with a single and double bed. The 5th bedroom has a bunk bed with a single and double bed, a single trundle bed, and a foldable single bed. Finally, the downstairs den has a sleeper sofa - which makes this place comfortable for 12 - 16 people! There are also lots of closet space. Enjoy the three balconies with views of the lake and a fully fenced backyard to play cornhole or hold a barbeque. The house includes free WIFI, laundry, games, shampoo, conditioner & soap, towels & sheets provided, and books available to read during your stay. Rainier beach is an up-and-coming neighborhood with great restaurants only a short drive away on Rainier Avenue. Although I would not recommend walking, at night Rainier beach isn't a good place to walk around. But within the garage, I have built a pantry to help you store food for the whole group, equipped with a second refrigerator. Other things to note Tons of parking space, but no covered parking. Backyard is not accessible from inside the house, you need to go outside and circle the garage to the left side of the house where you will find a wooden gate and gas grill.
