Head downstairs to enjoy a game, chat with friends and family, or to serve up a cocktail (or mocktail for the kids!). Everyone will love downstairs living space complete w/ wet bar, TV, and comfy seating. Off the downstairs bonus room are two of the three bedrooms and access to the backyard. The primary bedroom hosts a queen bed, TV & huge ensuite bathroom. Luxuriate in the walk-in shower & enjoy ample space at the granite vanity w/ two sinks. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, TV & shares a full bathroom w/ bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 has a double-over-double bunk w/ an extra trundle bed perfect for the kids. If you still need a little extra sleeping space there’s a sofa sleeper in the upstairs living room. Home Essentials • The home will be prepared with a starter supply of items such as soaps and paper products. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies after arrival. Local Regulations • Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County take rental compliance very seriously. Please review the rules outlined in your rental agreement to avoid fines or enforcement visits. Key ordinances include: • Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded. • Street parking is prohibited. • Outdoor areas of the home may not be used after 10 p.m. • Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters (locations posted on the fridge). Please note: Pets are not allowed in this home. However, if you have a trained Service or ESA dog, we can assist you in finding a dog-friendly property. NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in a privacy-safe way to ensure quiet stays. Exterior cameras may be present to monitor parking compliance. No indoor surveillance is used. Permit: 332620 Other things to note DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME WITHOUT READING AND AGREEING TO THE HOUSE RULES: - The maximum number of people allowed in the home is as follows: 10 for families including children, 6 for groups of all adults - You must be 25 years of age or older to book this home. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. - The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 3, with 2 small cars in the garage and 1 in the driveway. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges). - Your price quote includes the cost of local taxes. - Any damages caused by guests or pets which exceeds the security deposit will be the responsibility of the registered guest. - No Bachelor/Bachelorette parties - IMPORTANT: Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement. It will be provided when you book your stay and must be returned within 48 hours.
