The space The heart of TePeace Lodge is the open living room, eating bar, kitchen & dining that is anchored by the beautiful stone fireplace. The first floor master bedroom has it's own door to the deck & a recessed outside sitting area. Upstairs bedrooms are each unique - one with a skylight to the trees and the other with a long view down the valley. The huge deck is perfect for games of corn-hole in nice weather (provided) and star-gazing year-round. Other things to note PETS: Dog guest is allowed (under 30#) for $50. per stay (up to 4 nights). Longer stays add $15 per night. Sorry, no cats. Please describe your pet for review. Second or oversize dog may be considered at host's option, additional charge applies. (Oversize dogs if acceptable are additional $15 per stay [$65 total] per dog. Additional fee(s) will be collected separately through AirBNB after booking. TRASH: No trash or recycling pick-up is provided. Please use provided bags for trash and heavy black bags are provided if needed. Bags can temporarily be stored in green metal box by lockbox. Please remove all trash & recycling at end of stay - trash removal is subject to $100 fee. FIREWOOD: Please use packaged fire "logs" like Duraflame (available at all Home Depots) or Pine Mountain Firelogs (available on Amazon Prime - next day). CLEANING: Fee is for stays of up to 4 nights. For longer stays, $25 per night additional is applied. Stays of more than 10 nights qualify for cleaning discounts. Extra cleaning charges will be collected through AirBNB after booking. Cleaning services are available upon request - quotes per inquiry. NOTE: BBQ must be fully cleaned if used but if you don't want to do it, just let us know & we'll handle it for $40.
