Enjoy the views of the Channel Islands with your morning coffee before a stroll down to the beach. This is a fully functional 24' Forest River travel trailer (2001). Well maintained and clean, these accommodations will provide you with a unique home to enjoy all that Ventura has to offer. The space Easy stroll to the Beach and Pier, 1 mile from Downtown and Surfers Point, and 4 miles from the Harbor. You can take your pick of activities. This is a fully contained and functional travel trailer. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed, suitable for 2 adults, and bunk beds which will accommodate 2 children or 1 adult (bottom bunk only). Beds are furnished with memory foam mattresses for an extra comfortable night's sleep. Arrangements can be made to sleep up to 2 additional children. The unit has a full kitchen with stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer. Air conditioned and heated with plenty of light and windows for natural ventilation. The cupboards are fully stocked with utensils, cookware, coffee maker and toaster. You will have access to a dedicated wifi signal. There is a TV in the unit with streaming content through a Roku, providing local live channels as well as HBO. TV has HDMI and USB connections for you to utilize your own entertainment devices as well. Hot water is plumbed from the main house to give guests access to 40 gallon hot water tank. That said, it is a trailer. If you are not familiar with travel trailers and motor homes you should be aware of their quirks. Space is limited so everything is smaller and quarters can be tight. The trailer is located on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the Channel Islands. If you have a keen eye, you will commonly spot diving pelicans and frolicking dolphins from your vantage. The beach is a short walk down the street. As noted above, the location is within easy distance of Ventura's major attractions as well as any necessities included grocery, laundry and restaurants. Most can be accessed on foot and all very easily by bicycle. Guest access Private space with view includes a dining table and chairs under a canopy for shade as well as additional seating to enjoy the sun. BBQ can be provided upon request. Shared front yard to enjoy the views. Sorry, backyard space is not for guest use in order to maintain owner's privacy. There is plenty of onsite parking. Extra vehicles and trailers can be accommodated. Please mention any of these needs when booking. No Pets Allowed Other things to note Pets are not allowed. Host on site. Located on hillside above the 101 Freeway. Have had no complaints from previous guests, but if extremely sensitive to traffic noise, may not be the place for you. Main bed queen is shorter than a traditional bed, may be issue for taller guests. Shower stall is raised and therefore shorter than traditional shower. Water pressure in shower is going to be less than a standard home.
