Bathroom with walk-in shower on the main level. Upper-level primary bedroom suite, walkout balcony with views of the lake. Also upstairs, two guest bedrooms and a bathroom. Lower level has wicker seating, mini fridge, microwave, and pub table for game night. Screened porch on the lower level with seating. Tiki hut with 4 bar stools and string lights at the pier. Fishing poles available (get your Indiana fishing license at Walmart). Parking pad for up to 5 cars. Three-person canoe and two kayaks available with the reservation. After reserving, take a look at the house manual for pontoon/boat rental and lake tour information. Key code access Guests will use our key coded entry to access the entire home. Code will be set up prior to our guests arrival. We will be available via cell phone during your stay. Located on Cassopolis Street is the Simonton Lake Drive-In - stop by for a root beer and burger. Also on Cassopolis Street (CR19), convenient access to chain restaurants, and shopping.
