Outdoor folding chairs & beach towels may be borrowed for visits to the river or a park. Your suite offers A/C in the summer & a heated blanket in the winter. A fan, white noise machine, DVD/CD player & ROKU are provided in your bedroom with a selection of DVD/CDs for music, movies, yoga & lecture series. Our kitchen, dining room, back deck, front yard, additional bedrooms & bathrooms are not shared areas are private and are not for guest use . Masks are optional. You may message us through Airbnb with questions or requests during your stay. Our neighborhood was once a campground along the Tualatin River. You are welcome to bike or stroll the street but we ask you do not enter the gardens of our neighbor's properties. Public access to the river for your sporting enjoyment or relaxation, swimming, kayaking, tubing, etc. just a couple blocks down the hill. You may borrow 2 folding chairs. Behind our home, see aerial photo, is a 60-acre field that does not belong to us. It is unused land and is private property. Please do not explore that area. We recommend you will need a car or LYFT for your local explorations. For walkers, one mile away is a corner store with prepared food, gourmet coffee bar, groceries, and restaurant/bar. We are 12 miles south of downtown Portland and only 4 miles from downtown Lake Oswego, West Linn, Wilsonville, or Tualatin. Our closest Vegan restaurants are Next Level Burger inside Whole Foods on State St in Lake Oswego 4 miles away & Adisaya Thai restaurant 2 miles away has a Vegan menu with great food. Both are excellent! ~You will be entering our home. We, your hosts live in the Cottage House on the opposite side of the home connected only by the guest hallway providing you with plenty of privacy. ~For virus protection, the two buildings do not share crawl space or attics, no shared air ducts. ~This is a totally Vegan home. Please Do not bring non Vegan food products onto the property. ~You may use the RIVER PUBLIC ACCESS 2 blocks away for water sports or relaxation. ~Your bedroom/bathroom suite is comfortable for 1-2 adults measuring 172 sq feet. You may smell a skunk once in awhile. It is not someone smoking "weed", it is merely the random frightened skunk protecting themselves. We do not permit smoking of any substance on our property. ~Randomly we are invaded by teeny tiny harmless but frustrating, ants . We may briefly check your room daily to fight the good fight.
