Home in Greenville

Welcome to my cozy haven - situated in the heart of Greenville in a quiet neighborhood with trees all around. 4 miles to ECU Medical Center/Brody School of Medicine and ECU. My place is ideal for traveling nurses/medical practitioners, visitors to a student, attendees to meetings at Convention Center - just around the corner! As a single female, I ask that only ladies book my home. Thanks for checking out my place….love hosting! The space Guests have a private bathroom (stand in shower), vanity, dresser, closet space with a coffee/tea station, including a mini refrigerator and microwave. In addition, there is access to the back deck from the guest bathroom. (This is not meant to be accessed into the home - just if you are interested in sitting on the back deck or wanting fresh air) I have available a hair dryer, flat iron, first aid kit and toiletries in the guest room, if needed. Also, there is available an iron/ironing board in the hallway closet. Please feel free to use the kitchen freezer/refrigerator to store food and you are welcome to prepare meals in the kitchen. The washer and dryer are in the garage if you would like to use, just please let me know ahead of time. Any other questions, please don’t hesitate to ask! Guest access You are welcome to use the kitchen and eat in the breakfast nook if desired! Please excuse any potential items on table! :) During your stay I am a wealth of information for this region! There are some hidden gems of things to do/see in Eastern NC. If interested, I will give you my top of the list "local hole in the wall" places, favorite stores, and sites and sounds. Love meeting my guests, but I am not home much. But I am available if needs/questions arise. Guests can have as much privacy as they desire.😉 Other things to note The Greenville Convention Center is very close by - approximately .6 miles (1 minute drive)- but walkable if you are up for a stroll. ;)
