Backyard: Covered Patio w/ Beautiful Fairy Lights at night BBQ Lounge Chairs And of course the Swimming Pool Kitchen: Full Kitchen Dishwasher I'm a cook and have everything you might need to make any kind of meal! Extras: Washer & Dryer Ample Free Street Parking Swing in front yard Towels Included Pets: I an extremely friendly dog who will be at the house during your stay. There's also 1 rather shy cat. Absolutely will not be in your room! Neighborhood: Quiet with a lovely view of the Mountains 2 minute drive to Eaton Canyon Hiking Trail & Waterfall Around the corner from the best Artisanal Ice Cream shop in LA! Long Term Guests: (One month or more) There will be a $100 Cleaning fee each month as your room will be professionally cleaned every 2 weeks. Including a bedding change. *Smoking allowed outside only! **OK For Events for Additional Cost and Security Deposit** ***No partying outside after 10pm. (Have to keep the neighbours happy!) Guest access All areas and appliances are available to you. During your stay I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and will interact as much as is acceptable with you. However, I do respect a person's privacy and the house is large enough that we may see each other as little as you like as well.
