Above and On Broadway - MaryJean’s Place

This is a 2nd floor flat above an office space. There is a full flight of stairs through a private entrance up into the home. Because of the stairs and older low windows, it is not recommended for children. It is a short 10-15 minute walk to the Sonoma Plaza. There is a bike shop a couple of blocks away that also rents bikes. There are restaurants, brew pubs, spas and wine tasting rooms all within several blocks. The space MaryJeans Place is a 2nd floor, 1500 sq ft flat on Broadway , minutes from the Sonoma Plaza and located above an office space. 2 bedrooms with King size beds, 2 baths, large comfy living room and big country kitchen. Washer and dryer on site for those travel cleaning needs. There is a cozy side yard with propane BBQ for relaxing after visiting the many wineries that the town of Sonoma is famous for. Street parking is easy . Conveniently located on Broadway, a short walk to the Plaza and a couple of blocks to a great cycle shop if you would like to rent bikes to cruise the many fun and interesting venues Sonoma has to offer. Many great restaurants and spas are close by as well. Free wi-fi is available and a complimentary bottle of wine awaits your arrival at MaryJeans Place. Because we share a building with a commercial office space we are required to disclose the existence of exterior security cameras for the commercial space downstairs that overlooks the sidewalk and entrances to MaryJean’s Place. Guest access The entire 1500 sf foot apartment is for guest use.
