The space The Cottage is 800 sq. ft. -Fully equipped newer kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances , drip coffee maker, new pots & pans. No dishwasher. -Drip coffee maker/coffee/filters always supplied. Some pantry items, tea bags, sugar, condiments, oil, spices, snacks, cocoa -Full bath with tub/shower combo in the master, plus a half bath in hallway -Large master bedroom with a comfy queen bed/foam topper & a large closet -Smaller 2nd bedroom with comfy double bed/foam topper & large closet -Coastal living room with ample seating including sofa & 2 comfy chairs -Flat screen Roku TV - Cable or log in to your streaming accounts. Plenty of books, cards and puzzles -Shabby chic dining table seats 4. -Work friendly dining table with large window for light -Laundry area washer/dryer/soap, space to store either cooler, luggage, bikes or photography equipment -Ceiling fans in LR & both bedrooms -High speed internet -Private driveway tandem parking for 2 vehicles at The Cottage. ***Must back either in or out of driveway on a slight incline-see photos Guest access The Cottage is located behind the new main house that your hosts live in. There is a garden area between both houses with flowers, vegetables, herbs and outdoor porch seating. The shared 12' wide concrete driveway has a slight downward slope from the road and then levels out for easy parking & access to The Cottage. Please view photos of driveway. It has motion lights overhead for night access that take you to your private parking area secluded from the street. From the driveway use the level boardwalk to access the front door and porch which is always lit with solar nightlights and porch light. Use your private entry code - no key needed, so arrive without setting up a time to meet. Other things to note ***THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOUSE AND YARD. This applies to smoking anything, weed, vaping, cigarettes etc. ***NO PETS ALLOWED inside The Cottage or anyplace on the property, including pets of any visitors you may have. ***CANCELLATION POLICY Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. ***THE YARD between the The Cottage and owners home includes plenty of seating on your porch, beautiful flowers in the yard, hot/cold shower for rinsing you and your surf/boogie boards/sandy feet. Herbs are growing for you to pick for cooking, ask us what we have during your stay. Bikes and surfboards are welcome here and not visible from the road. ***HOLIDAYS require a 3 day stay.
