The space While this house is not intended for large groups, it is very spacious. Beautifully appointed with many real antiques; the house really is a two minute walk to the beach. Guest access The whole house is available and accessible. The space above the garage is unfinished but this area can be used to access the second floor balcony. We ask that the garage not be used to park vehicles. There is parking for cars outside the garage and parking for a couple more cars. HOWEVER, this house is NOT for large groups, many cars, parties.
