Tiny House for 3 people, 7 km from Conguillio

Simple and jovial tiny house for 3 people (equipped with all the essentials) in a quiet place, located 17 km from Curacautín, close to various attractions such as Conguillío National Park, Laguna Negra, Salto del Captren, Termas Río Blanco, among others. There is an almost vertical ladder to access the room (dangerous for young children and uncomfortable for people with limited mobility) The 250 meters before the tiny house are not suitable for very low vehicles. The space The tiny house is simple and cozy. It has everything you need for a quick and pleasant stay. It has wood and firewood for the cold, as well as a grill and tables to enjoy the outdoors. Located in a very quiet rural area. It is important to note that the cabin has an almost vertical staircase, which prevents comfortable access to the second-floor room for people with limited mobility or young children (who are not allowed without prior authorization). The road to the tiny house is paved, except for the last 250 meters before arriving. This small section is not suitable for very low vehicles, however you can park 150 meters before, within the same property. In winter there is snowfall and freezing of pipes, and there may be some complications. During this period, a 4x4 vehicle may be needed to reach the property (check beforehand). Guest access The tiny house is located in the courtyard of my property. I am always here to help if needed. I'll give you all the information for self-access. It has free parking, next to the cabin and without a roof. Other things to note This tiny house has a jovial character. It is not designed for young children or people with limited mobility. The phone signal and internet connection are poor due to the location at times. In the middle of winter, the pipes could freeze in the mornings. The presence of snowfall sometimes requires you to come with snow chains, check the situation beforehand if you come in the middle of winter. It is important to come stocked up as there are not many shopping options in the area. My dog's name is Estrellita and she's a shoe thief. If you come with a pet, it's important to know that there are farm animals and other dogs on the property.
