The Flamingo is a waterfront home with stunning views, located on the peaceful south side of Staniel Cay. The spacious house (four bedrooms / three baths) includes a living area and two bedrooms on each floor. Watch the sunrise or enjoy your afternoon cocktail from the large screened porch overlooking the water. The beautiful beach is just steps outside in your own backyard, with everything else the island has to offer just a golf cart ride away. The space This is a two-story home, with two bedrooms and a spacious living area on each level. The second floor is the main living area with a vaulted ceiling and open living/dining area/kitchen and master bedroom, all with gorgeous water (and sunrise!) views. The master bathroom and another bedroom are also on this floor. There is a large screened porch off the upstairs living room and a wrap-around balcony off the master bedroom overlooking the bay/ocean. Sit on the adirondacks or dining set on the porch and enjoy the breeze and ever-changing colors of the water. The ground floor has another large living/dining area along with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Flamingo is on a stunning beach just steps from your door where you can swim, sun, or relax on a chaise lounge or hammock, or take out one of our two kayaks, two paddle boards, or a float. The property also includes an outside shower and gas grill. Other things to note The house also comes with a Generac generator so that in the event the island power goes out you will not be affected. The Flamingo typically opens up availability on the Airbnb calendar 9 months to 1 year in advance.
