Fairway View Cottage

A beautiful, stone built, holiday cottage in Rothbury, Northumberland! Fairway View Cottage sleeps up to 6 people (and 1 additional infant) over 3 bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements. This cottage is modern and airy with a comfortable finish- a real home away from home! Sit and relax on the sofa after a day of adventure and take in the picturesque views of the Coquet Valley. Scenic location, within easy reach of village restaurants, shops, cafes, pubs and riverside playpark. The space An ideal base to explore Northumberland! Upstairs- Kingsize bedroom and a superking or twin bedroom. Shower room. Ground floor - family bathroom, open plan kitchen/living room. One further king or twin bedroom. Outside decking area and enclosed garden. 1 kingsize bedroom and the other 2 bedrooms can be made up as king or twin rooms (please confirm when booking) Additional- infant in travel cot (to be provided by guests). Private patio to the rear. Private decking and lawned garden area to the front. Allocated parking for 2 cars outside the cottage. Guest access All of the doorways are wide enough for a wheelchair to pass through and main access to cottage is via a ramp. The main family bathroom contains a standard bath and is not large enough to turn a wheelchair, for these reasons we cannot advertise Copper Cottage as fully accessible. Other things to note 1. No smoking in the house 2. Dogs must not be left unattended unless they are in a crate/cage 3. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or beds 4. Dog waste must be disposed of in the bins provided, please take your dog(s) for a walk to relieve themselves rather than letting them go in the garden 5. If your dog(s) are wet or muddy, please dry their feet/fur prior to them entering the cottage 6. Dogs are not allowed on the golf course or neighbouring land. 7. Please keep your dog on a lead around other guests or around livestock when walking. 8. Please do not wash dog bedding/towels in washing machine 9. Please be respectful of other guests and neighbours with noise levels and behaviour 10. Please empty rubbish bins into the bins outside before departure 11. Beds must be stripped and linen left on downstairs bathroom floor 12. Please leave all towels on the downstairs bathroom floor 13. Please leave mattress and pillow protectors on beds 14. Please load dishwasher and set away before leaving 15. No parties at the property 16. Only the specified number of guests should be in each property- names given on booking (Covid 19 policy) 17. Any breakages should be reported immediately via guest contact number. 18. Please leave promptly at checkout time on day of departure 19. If you experience any symptoms of Covid 19 during your stay, please make us aware before your departure 20. Please ensure you leave the cottage clean and tidy on departure 21. If you are at the cottages as a group booking (i.e more that one cottage) could you make sure all furnishings, crockery, pans, glasses etc stay in the correct cottage 22. Please do not stand on toilet seat to open bathroom velux upstairs, there is an opening and closing pole in the cupboard under the stairs 23. As a reminder, we do not allow the charging of electric vehicles under any circumstance. Additional Notes: Any breaches in the house rules could incur a deduction from security deposits. In case of serious breaches, guests may be asked to leave with short notice.
