Spacious airy room available in a two bedroomed shared apartment Busy, easy going designer/nyc gardener, who uses the living space as a design studio at times. Lively neighborhood with lots of local amenities, i.e bars/restaurants and cafes. The train station is a three minute walk from the apartment and the J express train is 10 mins away from Manhattans' Lower East Side. The space The apartment is cozy, warm, inviting and well lived in. A creative space, filled with momentos from my various trips abroad. Guest access You have access to all of the apartment apart from the second bedroom During your stay Friendly easy going guy here, always happy to socialize or give advice about the city and the neighborhood. I have lived in New York since 1993. Other things to note There is a space heater also available for use in the room.
