License Number: VRR-2024-2778 The space Our charming little cabin was built in 1959, but has been given a lot of love and updates since! The location is perfect balance of peaceful seclusion while still being very close to everything big bear has to offer. We are located on a very quiet cul de sac that is only 9 minutes to the village, 5 minutes to grocery stores, 3 minute drive/15 minute walk to bear mountain (.8 mile), 7 minute drive to snow summit, 8 minute drive to the lake and Alpine Pedal path trail! Wifi, smart TVs in both rooms, washer and dryer, and smart tvs in the bedroom and living room. The house is smaller but very cozy, and the large deck gives you plenty of space to relax during the warmer months! Please note that our home, like most in big bear does, not have AC (but we do have central heat) While Big Bear rarely gets above 80 degrees, The house luckily has plenty of windows and is very shaded so it stays cool even on hotter days! Guest access Entire home is for your use! Other things to note Security cameras on the outside of the house only for our safety and yours from intruders and bears! We mainly use our cameras to monitor the property while it’s vacant. Please note that while we do our best to accommodate in winter weather conditions, refunds are not offered unless all roads to big bear are closed.
