Private Guest House

Our modern Guest House is on a private property in a lovely neighborhood, only 2 miles from Ohio University. This spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house will give you the full Athens experience in style! The space You will have full use of our guest house, complete with private entrance, kitchen, living room, laundry and closet space. The smaller bedroom has a twin trundle bed and bathroom next door. The larger bedroom has a lovely en-suite bathroom, with separate shower and bathtub. All amenities are provided but need something a little extra? Just ask! Other things to note We are fairly close to Hocking Hills State Park, around 45-50 minute drive. They are a number of bike paths and hiking options locally.
