Studio and w/green Room is located 5 miles north east of Trinidad in RURAL farm setting. Relaxing, Walks, Biking, Views, and Quick Easy Drive to Town. Outdoor Areas + Covered Outdoor Room; Smoker/420 friendly. FYI: My Dogs Live on Property, But Not in Guest’s Areas. The space Hi and welcome to Sagebrush Hideaway! The Studio is Attached/Part of main home I live in. Location has a clear view of Fishers Peak, a large mesa landmark formation which is now Fishers Peak State Park. Studio is a 15 minute drive to town on level, paved roads. The country view is breath taking and classic old west. Located on the "Santa Fe Trail" across from the Purgatory River where large Cottonwood trees grow near green pastures with cattle, horses and wildlife everywhere. Private entrance to studio that has about 320 square ft (no kitchen) and you will have access to fully carpeted rooms, a hallway, bathtub/shower/new larger sink/larger counter/ new bathroom linoleum flooring and front yard area and covered garden room for eating, visiting, playing. Walking areas seeing livestock, birds, nature panoramic views, star gazing. Quite and peaceful location. friends and families welcome. Cigarettes smoking and 420 Friendly is allowed anytime, anywhere outdoors or in the “Green Room/Garden room area” (please abide by rules posted). Vapors can be used inside Studio anytime. There is a covered enclosed in/outdoor area for guests to use too. This is a Green House Type Room (12’ x 16’ ) with flooring, table and seating for hanging out, 420 friendly/ smoking/drinking/relaxing/eating. Graveled and fenced outdoor areas too. This space is in addition to the studio space. Rules do apply for Green Room's usage or an extra fee can be added if left messy or unclean. Also many outdoor lawn chairs and small side tables, folding table, small BBQ, and ashtrays. My 2 dogs (large) are on the property. Goats, and a horse all live in the back of farm property. You may hear the occasional bark/barking, neighing, baaing while here. My dogs are only in the private fenced areas behind the studio/home and live with me in a separate area, in the same home. "Animal LOVERS are always welcome here!" "Country, non-fancy area", people who are working folks with their small farms, ranches and their stuff. There is not a “full” kitchen in the unit (stove/oven unit). But the unit has Dishes, cups, glasses, plates, silverware and paper items. It has Microwave, Hot water kettle, medium refrigerator w/freezer, toaster, washing sink, bbq outside. A crockpot please ask host about getting it to u. Just reach out by texting, calling or messaging me. Games and toys are in the large cabinet for kids and adults for your enjoyment. The property DOES NOT usually, ever have rattle snakes (I have only seen 2 in the 20+ years living here) Keep out of tall grasses in summer is best. We do have non-venomus Garder snakes, Bull snakes and Racers . Guest access Guests are welcome to walk and play in the front yard areas and may walk and explore the 30 acres which I will gladly show/direct you. My place is 420, cigarette friendly outdoors, Smoking is allowed anywhere outdoors or in "The Green Room". vapes can be used inside studio. Guests are welcome to bring their pets (on leash when walking, off leash when playing with your pet) and for children and pet(s) safety the front area is all fenced when front gate is closed. Also, Let me know if you are bringing your dog(s) and what size, basic breed they are. My pets are not mingled w/guests pets. The Green Room can be used by guests and friends as long as everyone abides by the rules. If rules are not adhere to a cleaning fee of $25. for litter/trash left behind. No Children or Pets are allowed in "Green Room" while guest(s) smoke. Do Not leave Children or Pets alone in "Green Room". Also, The Host may visit/enter green room while guest(s) are occupying the room, to visit, remove snow, answer questions, this is a communal space, not Heated or Air Conditioned. Please see photos of Green Room and the outdoor space areas. Other things to note Small town w/Restaurants, Coffee shops, Gift shops, Galleries, 20 Mj Dispensaries both medical and recreational. Bars, River walk, Specialty Shops, History Walking Tour, AR Micheal, Trinidad State Archeology museum and 2 state parks. Also we have Scenic High Way of Legends byway, Trinidad Lake SP, dog friendly and Fishers Peak SP , Wildlife areas, State Forests, Monument Lake and North Lake are just up the river about a 40 minute drive, plenty to do and see.
