This spacious and charming light filled room is furnished with 2 comfy twin beds, an oversized loveseat, coffee table and television. Windows overlook a tree-filled backyard. Please take note that this room shares a common bathroom with our blue room. We look forward to hosting you! The space This private room is located on the guest level (2nd level) of a renovated home originally built in 1905 in Historic Fisher Park. There are two additional guest rooms on this floor, and guests will share common breakfast area equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, and hot water kettle. Please note: This room shares a hall bathroom with one other room. The host does not provide a hot breakfast. The host provides continental breakfast items as well as snacks and beverages for our guests enjoyment. Guest access Guests have access to a shared breakfast nook (microwave, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, and mini-fridge). Guests will enjoy a pre-packages Continental breakfast each morning xo sitting of items such as cereals, oatmeal, pastries, frozen breakfast sandwiches, juice, coffee/tea, and water. Please note that the blue room shares a common bath with our yellow room and that the host does not provide a hot breakfast. Continental breakfast items and snacks/beverages are provided for our guests enjoyment. During your stay Host will be available in the mornings and the evenings. Guests will have their own private, second-floor entrance at rear of home. Guests must be able to climb 21 steps to reach private entrance. Other things to note The property is located in the heart of downtown Greensboro, within walking distance of three lovely parks, casual and fine dining, shops, museums, live theatre and nightlife. Please note that guests may hear street noise at times so the host has provided white noise sound machines in each guest room if needed. The temperature setting for the second floor is 72 degrees in summer and 68 degrees in winter. Ceiling fans and extra blankets are available in each guest room for comfort. Lastly, please also note that the owner has two very friendly dogs (Ethel and Lucy) on property which do not have access to guest level (2nd level) or guest rooms.
