Hello, the house is located in south Everett ten minutes from the freeway and twelve minutes from the Everett Boeing plant. Quiet suburban neighborhood that offers all standard amenities nearby. (shopping, gas station and etc.) This private room sleeps two comfortably. Guests will have access to a shared bathroom if other guests are in the home, and of course are welcome to enjoy the house as they're own.
