"El Olivo" Rural House

At "Casa Rural El Olivo" you will feel at home finding all the comforts, you can disconnect from your usual environment and you will have all the essential services at your fingertips. The house is located in España Vaciada, in a village of less than 200 inhabitants, so if you are looking for tranquility, this is the place for you. If you like to make plans with family or friends, you can enjoy a good barbecue or cool off with good company in our underground wine cellar. The space The Rural House has 3 bedrooms (one double bed, 1 with two beds and one single) 2 of them have TV, living/dining room with wood fireplace and TV, full kitchen, terrace with barbecue, a full bathroom, a toilet, library, children's playroom, indoor cellar and underground cellar. The house has eco-friendly air conditioning for the hottest times of the year and a wood-burning fireplace or heating throughout the house for the coldest times of the year. We have fiber optics perfect for teleworking, studying or enjoying your favorite platforms. The village has a beautiful natural environment to explore and admire, such as the Olivar Monastery or routes and trails that lead to wonderful places. A few kilometers from the village there are different routes and places such as "La Ruta Del Silencio" (The Silent Route), Alcañiz with "MotorLand", Molinos with its "Grutas de Cristal" (Crystal Caves), Montoro de Mezquita with its walkways or its "Bosque de Las Hadas" (Forest of the Fairies), the route of "El Nacimiento del Río Pitarque" (The Birth of the Pitarque River) or "La Sima de San Pedro" (The Chasm of San Pedro). Guest access The house is rented in its entirety to our guests. Other things to note Parking won't be a problem during your stay, as the village has free parking near the house.
