Rental unit in Buena Vista

This is a small studio space with everything you need! Attached to the main house but completely private, you have a fully stocked kitchen and private bath and entrance. A comfy queen bed and memory foam loveseat futon round out the accommodations. Two small children will fit on the futon, but four full-size people would require you to utilize a twin air mattress we can provide. If you are looking for affordable and comfortable in BV, this is the spot for you! Basic but cozy and clean! The space This space is a studio. It is attached to the main house but has a totally separate entrance at the end of the house. The bed, couch, kitchen, table, and closet are all in the same well-organized, updated space. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils/etc. We also provide small appliances like a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The kitchen is also stocked with coffee, tea, non-dairy creamer/sugar, and basic spices and baking ingredients. The studio has a private entrance and a private bathroom with shower and stocked toiletries. We will provide laundry access with a 6 night stay. We have a large yard that you are welcome to share. Our property is an in-town location in beautiful Buena Vista. Main Street and Town Lake are just a short walk away. We are about 2 miles from the South Main/Surf Hotel area and about 10 miles from all three nearby hot springs. Let us know what you need! We want you to be our guest!! You can't ask for a better mountain get-a-way than Buena Vista! Our studio apartment is close to downtown and also to the mountains and hiking and biking trails in BV; not to mention the rivers and reservoirs!! We love our hometown and are happy to answer any questions you have to help you figure out just how to spend your time here! Guest access Private kitchen in the studio space. Private bath. Laundry access (attached) with 6 night stay. Yard access. Garage access for outdoor gear (not cars at this time) available if arranged ahead of time. We have a large area for parking if you have two cars or a camper or toy hauler. Other things to note If you need anything specific, just let us know! We are a family who likes people.
