A nice, 40-square-meter, independent apartment designed for a family of four or five. Large green area, with beautiful native trees, such as Mañios, Coihues, Notros, Arrayanes and others, plus a small orchard. We are between 7 and 10 minutes from Puerto Varas and 600 meters from the town of Nueva Braunau. Easy access to the main routes, such as route 5, route V50, 30 minutes from Frutillar, 15 minutes from Llanquihue, 20 minutes to Puerto Montt. Collective transportation every 20 minutes. The space It is an apartment attached to the main house, fully equipped, ideal for family vacations, it has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with a trundle bed, (total 35 square meters) the place is very safe, with a separate entrance, with lots of light. It has wood heating, and is on a plot of 5 thousand square meters. Upon arrival you will find towels, soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, for your first day of stay, and you will be helped in everything that can be. Guest access The garden, playgrounds, laundry are shared if required (with an additional cost for laundry). You can interact with the small greenhouse and enjoy the medicinal and gastronomic plants available throughout the place We'll love it! Other things to note I'm a homeowner. The place was made for my family when they visit us, and it is rented by the day when it is available. I take care of it and make sure everything is very clean and good for each guest. I'll tell you, languages have not been a communication obstacle so far, thanks to the translators and the ingenuity of both parties, guest and host.
