Refrigerator is stocked w/ assortment of soft drinks, beer, wines & champagne. Complimentary purified water. Outdoor front porch has bench & hammock. Daily towel, linen & maid service. House has a double roof which insures it is always cool & comfortable. The house is self contained & stand alone, guests are provided a key & they can come & go as they wish. We have a bilingual manager on site at all times and provide an individual orientation upon arrival, recommend activities, help w/ reservations of tours & point you to the best restaurants and any other information guests require. The rental is located in a quiet, upper middle class residential neighborhood, 5 blocks from the Central Park. Small supermarkets, shops & the fruit & vegetable market are all located 3 - 4 blocks away. Guests in the rental are welcome to enjoy the lovely garden w/ panoramic valley view & massage pavilion at our B&B across the street. Breakfasts & massages are available at an extra cost. Public buses are just a 10 minute walk from the rental. Tourist shuttle picks up across the street at La Casa de Cafe - we sell shuttle tickets.
