This 2 storey apartment is inside a quiet and safe village. Centrally located in a prime place here in Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu. Surrounded with many busy establishments outside the village. Not just a room accommodation but a whole apartment to enjoy and stay as it is homey and private. You can cook using our complete kitchen amenities, with hot/cold shower, with aircon and electric fans at living room and 2/F. We have a tranquil place, an outdoor space with garden view. The space If you are looking for a place to stay where after a long day, you can have a quiet place to sleep or relax, then I recommend our place. You can feel the tranquility of our place because this apartment complex is inside a safe subdivision/village. We are far from hi-ways where you cannot escape to listen to the bustling sound of cars, jeepneys or even loud music from pubs or neighbors making you cranky the next day from lack of sleep. Grocery/supermarket and restaurants are very accessible which are situated just outside the village/subdivision called BTC (Banilad Town Center), a mini mall. Guest access There is mini convenient store or we call it a "sari-sari store" just in front of our gate. Anything basic that you lack like a refill of a container of mineral water, cooking condiments, eggs and more, are just within reach without the need to go out to supermarket to get few items forgotten. There is one free parking space available outside which is outside the compound/complex. Other things to note Be a responsible smoker. Smoking inside the apartment is a fire hazard as well as a health hazard for passive smokers. It can also cause damages to our furnitures such as sofas, tables and beds. Smoking is allowed in our outdoor area where the garden and parking is located.
