Rent the entire house in this peaceful rural community, you can expect quiet, off-grid style living and magnificent sunsets over the largest natural fresh water lake in southern Africa. 4x4 required. The space Relax in this traditional rural Zulu home. An incredible view of Lake Sibhayi, comfortable beds and afternoon breezes make the humidity of the wetland area dissappear. Mabibi beach is within walking distance too, with a wild sandy beach and the chance to see turtles coming ashore to nest in season. Guest access Guests will stay in the farm house of which they will have sole use. The house includes the bedrooms, bathroom, living area and kitchen with gas stove and small fridge freezer. There is a fire pit and braai area off the back verandah with views of the lake. It is stocked with firewood ready to use. Other things to note Guests need to arrive before sunset as the area is rural and extremely difficult to navigate after dark. The accommodation is self catering, but crockery and cookware is provided. Water is safe and drinkable from a private borehole source.
