You can wake up and walk out the french doors of the bedroom to a private secluded beach where you can enjoy swimming, fishing, snorkeling, diving, and sun tanning. At the same time, you have the comforts of a modern living room, including wifi and TV, and a modern kitchen just steps away from the beautiful bright blue Caribbean Ocean. The space Please be advised, that the beach and the dock space are shared common spaces between this property and the property across the street which under the same management. For the Electric Lift: We will be giving first choice to the electric boat lift to whichever group booked the houses first. The lift has a maximum weight of 10,000 lbs. If someone is wanting to use it, we would need boat maker, length, and model and we will research the weight to make sure it's underneath the max. For Dockside Electric Service: If you would like to be able to plug your boat into the dockside electric service, We suggest bring a 50 amp to 30 amp converter. If it is the case where two boats need electric, I suggest rafting up the boats next to each other (pulling them up side by side) near the dockside electric supply. For Dock Usage: We have a total of 70' of dock frontage. Once again max length is 35'. The best option for docking is to put the boat, bow first, in the boat ramp where there are 6 12" cleats, 3 on each side of the boat.
